Hi, I’m Candice—photographer, storyteller, mama of (almost) five, and a big believer that homes and spaces are some of the funnest things to photograph. Just like people, homes tell a story too!

I married my teen crush, and together we built Mark Brooke Photography from the ground up at the age of 23. For the first ten years, Mark was my partner in crime—carrying gear, chasing light, and shooting right alongside me. What started as a passion turned into a calling, and we’ve now photographed over 500 events, families, product launches, and design stories.

These days, Mark calls himself the Laundry King of Charleston (We own a laundromat now!), but I’m still doing what I love most: photographing beautiful things.

You’ll usually find me balancing motherhood—four kids at home and one more on the way!—with creative work, coffee in hand, camera on my shoulder, and probably a baby on my hip. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

From tiny, colorful spaces to large beachfront homes, I’m here to capture the details and create content that’s timeless, eye-catching, and shows off your work in the best way—both for your current clients and the ones you haven’t met yet.
